We offer shipping across Italy and internationally. Shipping costs are determined based on the weight and destination of your order. Below is an overview of our shipping rates:

• Shipping within Europe (1-25 kg): €25

• Shipping to the UK and Switzerland (1-25 kg): €30

• Shipping worldwide (1-25 kg): €100

For orders exceeding 25 kg, shipping costs will increase as follows:

• 25-50 kg: Shipping cost doubles

• 50-75 kg: Shipping cost triples

  Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Shipping within Italy and Europe: 7-14 business days

• Shipping to the UK and Switzerland: 14-21 business days

• Worldwide shipping: 14-21 business days

Please note that due to order processing time, delivery may take 2-3 weeks to complete.

Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided the product has not been used and is returned in its original condition. Returns must be arranged at the buyer’s expense.

Return Process

• Sealed products that have been opened and are not returnable due to health or hygiene reasons
